Nirnayam’s scholarship program is aimed to bridge the gap between potential and opportunity. This enables them to pursue their education and career vision while enabling them to break the chain of being underprivileged.
The deserving students’ portfolios are shared with the prospective donors. We keep the entire process straightforward and transparent. Performance reports and general information updates are shared with the sponsors periodically.
Who are the deserving students?
They are first-generation learners who have been with Nirnayam over the years expressing clear “Passion and Persistence” for Education. Our long-time volunteers pay home visits in order to firmly understand and analyze the reality they live in and work on providing them with a positive impact. We frequently counsel the students and parents on the importance of performing better at academics and in life.

We conduct 3 – 5 academic and non-academic camps and workshops annually to help the first-generation learners to develop their skills.
Honoring Achievements
Awards and accolades are pivotal in a student’s life. Even the slightest recognition works as a great motivation for the students and encourages them. Talent shows and felicitation ceremonies are held every year to honor the students by distributing awards, prize money, and trophies under different categories both in academics and non-academics.

We do not follow a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, we continuously improvise and work on our curriculum-development process.
Field trips and excursions
The students are taken out every year on curriculum-based field trips for awareness, as it gives real-time opportunities for the students to learn better.
